Recent years, environmental deteriorations are talked about frequently world wide. In our country of Japan, it seemed we neglected the provisions against air pollution and water contamination during our time of rapid economic growth meanwhile we have stepped into uncertainty of 21st century linking with environmental destruction. Air pollution causes global warming hence that steers alteration of ecosystem. Consequently conception of foods which have been supposedly safe from the primitive era was forced to be altered.
It is our duty of food related industries to reflect and tackle the issues on producing safe and assuring products, putting them into consumers markets.
Common senses alter along with generations and times accordingly. It is not unusual that past good senses seem unreasonable or absurd today. On the other hand, morals , ethics and humanity should never be diversified. Consideration and behaviour in accordance with morals are the virtues, against them are evils. Living in the present world we must not just pursue our own gains or self-complacence. We believe that accumulation of playing a self part to contribute to the society one belonging makes the time safer, better assured and even happier. We human being behaved as we possessed the world violating the biorhythms of nature regardless of our existence was a part of it.
The biorhythms that control the balance and harmony of "water", "ground", "air" and "lives" composing the planet of the earth are the bases of ethics, we assume.
